How Often do you ship :

We ship Monday- Friday – Orders received before 11am EST Usually ship same day . Other wise it will ship next day . Fedex orders deadline to ship can be done till 1pm EST .

Orders received after Friday 11am , Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday ( unless in the case of USA Legal Holiday Shipments will be made Tuesady)

What is your warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on Our Watches – This excludes any Cosmetic damages( ie scratches gashes etc). Watches Must be sent back to our NY office .

Do You make Custom Watches or do any Customization?

We design small and large Custom batches for different members of the Military, Police or any group looking for Custom Watches. We can use your logo or design something completely unique. Please email info@deepbluewatches.com For more information

Can I service my out of warranty watch with Deep Blue

Yes, you can – Please note some older styles may have limited parts availability – We have been shipping watches since 2007 !

I need parts What should I do ?

The fastest way to get parts is to take a picture of your watch and bracelet or strap and send it to info@deepbluewatches.com . Please add a note about what part you need . This is by far the fastest method. We have shipped so many watches that if you call us we will probably ask you to email us a picture !

What can I do with my Water resistant watch ?

Pretty much anything except take Hot showers and going in a hot tub . Heat will loosen the gaskets of your watch and cause the gaskets to be ineffective . Always make sure to Screw down your crown if you have a screw down crown .

What are Tritum Tubes and are they safe ?

How long does Tritum Tubes last :

Tritium tubes have a half-life of about 12.3 years, meaning their brightness will gradually diminish over time. In practical use, they typically remain visible for around 20 years before becoming too dim to be effective. Some manufacturers guarantee visibility for at least 10 years, though they often last much longer. If needed, tritium tubes can be replaced after they fade

Where are your watches made :

Our watches are hand assembled in our Workshops in Hong Kong from parts which have been manufactured all over the world. Frequently we make Watches with Swiss made movements and Occasionally we have Swiss Made Watches
